Flat Belly

After writing about health and fitness for ages on various blogs, I've decided to start sharing some of the resources that have been most useful to me. I've been following a diet program (not dieting) for about a year now and have seen amazing results. See more of the incredible shrinking me here.

I am not a fan of dieting nor calorie counting. I am loving this way of eating because it's mainly foods I would have eaten anyway (organic, raw, naturally raised, etc) but I've learned a lot about how important it is to avoid certain foods. I've also learned that my husband and I are different types and it's a simple matter to put some more of the carbs on his plate and a little more protein on mine.
